If You Want to Etch a Part You Already Have...
1. Mail it to us (address below) with your payment and a copy of this order form. Follow steps #2 and #3.
If You Want to Etch a Part that Needs to be Ordered...

1. Order your part like normal.
On the online or catalog order form, you should still provide your own name and address for billing purposes. However, the "Ship To" address should be:

2. Pay us.
When it comes to money, we're not picky. (Visit this page for pricing.) You can send us a check or money order to the address in #1 along with this order form. We'll let you know when your part is received. (No printer? No problem. Just check out the online form and make your own with your favorite writing utensil. This isn't rocket science. You can even e-mail it to us.)
Not sure of your design? Call us at 661-622-7053 and we'll figure it out before the item is shipped.
3. Wait.
Art doesn't happen overnight (unless there's a hell of a lot of coffee involved.) Depending on the complexity of your design and how busy we are (and, of course, whether or not your check clears), you should expect to receive your BAD ASS etched chrome or windshield in two to six weeks after receipt. We'll let you know when we send it so that you can stop harassing your mail carrier.

IMPORTANT: We aren't responsible for any loss or damage to your part due to mailing mix ups, post office fuck ups or crap-ass packing jobs. You are responsible for purchasing insurance for parts mailed to us.
